At Lather and Lotion we make every effort to ship orders within 3-5 days of receiving cleared funds.
We offer a standard shipping rate of $9.95 with tracking within Australia.
International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Returns
Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address details. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information.
We will ensure that your purchase will be carefully packaged when shipped to avoid damage. No responsibility will be taken if the purchase is lost or damaged during transit.
We will provide a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective goods and we are contacted within 48 hours of receiving the goods. A refund will not be provided if you have changed your mind. Delivery and shipping costs are non refundable. If goods need to be returned the shipping cost with be at the customers expense and the goods returned in there original packaging, unused.
